My Real Estate Career began working for an local Eastchester Attorney at Elefante & Persanis LLP. Preparing closing documents along with co-operative offering plans, I quickly became interested in the business, especially when I saw keys to a new home passed along to a happy purchaser, from first contact with an agent to closing, it seemed like such an exciting process to be apart of.
After I became licensed I knew to become an great agent and best serve my clients, I would need to be taught by other great agents. Special thanks to Steve Hess, Johan Tola, and Jamal Hadi for all being GREAT mentors, these agents taught me to place my clients needs before my own, to be aggressive in representing my clients, and to build a foundation for a business based on integrity and service.
I quickly started to become a market expert in Eastchester and surrounding towns and villages. My listing's average days on market is 20 days, I believe I have much value to offer my clients in the way of pricing a home competitively and getting it into tip top shape for the best return on investment. For my investor clients I can provide extensive analytic's of income producing property along with strategic locations to purchase based upon market trends. My growth in the industry can be attributed to constant education and training in both residential and commercial real estate coupled with a true passion for the business.
